Patrick Droney, born in 1992 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is an American
alternative rock singer and guitarist. At age ten, he moved to New Jersey and
began playing guitar. In 2005, Droney won the Nestlé Very Best in Youth Award
and initiated a fundraising effort for Hurricane Katrina victims, raising
$750,000. He also contributed to the National Hemophilia Foundation due to his
own diagnosis of Von Willebrand disease. Droney debuted with The Other Side
album in 2008 on Reform Records, featuring the collaboration "Alive" with
Benjamin Burnley of Breaking Benjamin.
