Paola Åhlund, known professionally as Paola Bruna, was born in 1973. She grew up
in Dalarna and is a singer of Chilean descent who initially trained as a painter
at Konstfack. Bruna's music career began with her involvement in the band Moder
Jords Massiva and later as a DJ. She released her solo album Stockcity Girl.
Notable collaborations include singing on Teddybears' single “Yours to Keep” and
contributing vocals for Finnish indie band Tigerbombs. Bruna's song “Above the
