Paktofonika, a Polish hip hop band, was formed in 1998 in Katowice by Piotr
"Magik" Łuszcz, Wojciech "Fokus" Alszer, and Sebastian "Rahim" Salbert. In 2000,
Paktofonika signed with Gigant Records and released their debut album
Kinematografia. Tragically, Magik committed suicide eight days after the album's
release. The group continued performing using previously recorded material of
