Pablo Ignacio Ilabaca González, known as Pablo Ilabaca, was born on August 25,
1976, in Santiago, Chile. He is a guitarist and composer who gained prominence
as a member of the Chilean funk-rock band Chancho en Piedra, which he co-founded
with his brother Felipe Ilabaca and friends Eduardo Ibeas and Leonardo Corvalán.
The band achieved significant success in Chile and the Americas and released
albums like Peor es mascar lauchas (1995) and El tinto elemento (2000). Ilabaca
