Pablo Ferrández Castro, born on March 19, 1991, in Madrid, Spain, is a cellist
who began his musical studies at age three. His initial breakthrough came when
he entered the Escuela Superior de Música Reina Sofía at just 13 years old. In
October 2011, Ferrández joined the Kronberg Academy's Master Program in Germany.
He has performed as a soloist with orchestras such as the Orquesta Nacional de
España and the Kremerata Baltica. Notable achievements include winning the
Premio Fundación Princesa de Girona in 2018 and receiving the Lord Aylesford
Stradivarius from the Nippon Music Fo...
