P-Type, born Kang Jin‑pil on 16 December 1979 in Seoul, is a South Korean rapper
who began his career as an underground artist in the 1990s. After honing his
craft in local cyphers, he released his debut studio album Heavy Bass on 31 May
2004 under Foundation Records, followed by The Vintage on 27 November 2008 with
Loen Entertainment, and RAP on 29 July 2013 through Brand New Music. In 2015 he
