Ozma, an American rock band from Pasadena, California, was formed in 1995 by
Ryen Slegr, Jose Galvez, Patrick Edwards, and Daniel Brummel. Their early years
included local performances and demo tapes such as Cuatro (1996) and Ocho
(1996). Ozma gained significant exposure touring with Weezer in 2001 and 2002,
leading to a signing with Kung Fu Records. They released their third album The
Doubble Donkey Disc in 2002 and their fourth album Spending Time on the
