Oscar Ortíz Medina (born September 12, 2002, in Tijuana, Baja California) is a
Mexican singer-songwriter who emerged from the new wave of Regional Mexican
artists blending cumbia and sierreño-leaning pop songwriting. He began releasing
music independently in 2023, introducing his romantic, diary-style writing on
