One Block Radius
One Block Radius, an American alternative hip hop group from San Francisco,
California, was formed in late 2003 by Marty James on vocals, raps, and
production, MDA on vocals, turntables, and emcee Z-Man. Their debut album Long
Story Short was released in 2005, followed by the mixtape Cut Some Static in
2006. The group toured with notable acts such as Hieroglyphics, Maroon 5, Living
Legends, and Matisyahu. Marty James collaborated on high-profile projects,
including co-writing "What Is It" by Baby Bash featuring Sean Kingston in 2007.
