Omar Rafael Acedo Sánchez (born February 21, 1984), known professionally as Omar
Acedo, is a Venezuelan urban singer, actor, announcer, and producer from
Maracaibo. Acedo began his career in 1998 by joining the orchestra Salserín,
replacing René Velasco. Performing under the name Willy Sáez, Acedo recorded the
songs “Niño tímido” and “Morena”. In 2001, Acedo formed the project Nivel 3 and
later performed with the group Bacanos. Acedo joined the group Calle Ciega in
