Amir Mohamed El Khalifa, known professionally as Oddisee, was born on February
24, 1985, in Washington, D.C., and raised in Silver Spring and Prince George's
County, Maryland. He is a rapper and record producer who began his career with
the release of Instrumental Mixtape Volume One in 2005. Oddisee gained attention
for mixtapes such as Odd Summer, Odd Autumn, and Odd Winter. In 2010, he
released Traveling Man on Mello Music Group. His work has been recognized by
