Oceana Mahlmann, born 23 January 1982 in Wedel, Germany, is a German singer
whose musical roots are embedded in soul, reggae, hip hop, funk, and pop. She
began releasing music in the late 1990s and signed to Warner in 2008 to
establish herself as a singer-songwriter. Her solo career took off in 2009 with
the release of the single "Cry Cry," followed by her debut studio album Love
Supply the same year. She continued with singles including "Pussycat on a Leash"
