Obie Bermúdez

Obed Bermúdez, known professionally as Obie Bermúdez, was born on January 10, 1980, in Aibonito, Puerto Rico. He began his musical journey influenced by his family’s background and moved to Vineland, New Jersey, where he recorded his first demo in 1996. In 2003 he released the album Confesiones, which produced three Top 10 hits on Billboard’s Hot Latin Charts. The following year he released the studio album Todo El Año, whose title track entered the Latin pop Top 10 and earned a Latin Grammy nomination for Best Male Pop Vocal Album.
