Nylon Beat
Nylon Beat, a Finnish girl group consisting of Jonna Kosonen and Erin Koivisto,
was formed in 1995 following their appearance on the TV show Kiitorata. The duo
initially performed with backup tracks but later transitioned to live
performances. Their music, written by Risto Asikainen and Ilkka Vainio, gained
popularity in the late 1990s and early 2000s. Notable albums include Nylon Beat
(1996) and Satasen laina (1997). Hit singles "Umm ma ma" and "Musta joulu"
