(Noritake Kinashi)
Japanese multi-hyphenate Noritake Kinashi (木梨 憲武, Kinashi Noritake, born 9 March
1962 in Chitosedai, Setagaya, Tokyo) has spread his skills across movies, music,
comedy, and visual art. After forming the comedy duo Tunnels Takaaki Ishibashi
in 1980, the pair created the pop group Yaen and released a wealth of material
from 1998 to 2001. The following year, he appeared in the film Ryōma no Tsuma to
sono Otto to Aijin and went on to contribute to a string of other movies and TV
shows. He has also enjoyed a fruitful career as a painter, having staged his
