Norihiko Hibino (日比野 則彦; born September 3, 1973 in Osaka, Japan) is a Japanese composer and saxophonist. He graduated from Osaka University School of Human Sciences in 1996 and from Berklee College of Music in 1997. After moving to Kansas City to start a career as a solo jazz musician, Hibino returned to Japan to work for Konami, where he became known for his work on the Metal Gear Solid and Zone of the Enders series.
