Noah Raymond Brickley, known professionally as Noah23, was born on February 10,
1978, in Natchez, Mississippi. He moved to Guelph, Ontario at age four and began
rapping in the early 1990s. His first album, Plague Language, released in 1999,
was initially on cassette and later remastered as Cytoplasm Pixel in 2006. In
the late 1990s, Noah23 co-founded the Plague Language record label with producer
Orphan (Kingston Maguire). The label released music from various artists until
