Daniel W. Jones (performing as “Nickelus F”) is an American hip hop rapper,
songwriter, and producer. Born in Portland, Oregon, Jones moved to Richmond,
Virginia, where he began his career. In 2000, he placed second in the regional
Source Unsigned Hype Emcee Battle and was named “Unsigned Hype” in The Source.
Jones served as the champion of BET’s 106 & Park “Freestyle Friday” for seven
