Nick Garrie
Nicholas Miansarow, also known as Nick Garrie or Nick Hamilton, born on June 22,
1949, in Ripon, West Riding of Yorkshire, United Kingdom, is a British
singer-songwriter. After attending boarding school in France and the University
of Warwick, he began performing in bars and restaurants around Europe while
backpacking. In 1968, Garrie recorded his album, The Nightmare of J.B.
Stanislas, with DiscAZ, produced by Eddie Vartan. The album was briefly released
in France but not widely distributed due to the suicide of label boss Lucien
