New Found Glory, formed in Coral Springs, Florida in 1997, emerged from the
local punk scene with founding members Jordan Pundik (lead vocals), Ian Grushka
(bass), Chad Gilbert (guitar), Steve Klein (guitar), and Cyrus Bolooki (drums).
Their early EP It’s All About the Girls (1997) captured regional attention,
leading to a deal with Drive‑Thru Records and the release of Nothing Gold Can
Stay (1999), which sold over 300,000 copies. In 2000 the band released the
self‑titled New Found Glory, featuring the single "Hit or Miss", which peaked at
Number 15 on the Alternative Songs chart...
