Nekrogoblikon
Nekrogoblikon formed in 2006 in Santa Barbara, California, and was an American
melodic death metal group noted for its goblin-themed concept. The band’s first
release, the album Goblin Island (2006), introduced the character John Goblikon,
later portrayed by Dave Rispoli, and set the foundation for the group’s
theatrical style. Subsequent albums followed chronologically: Stench (2011), the
EP Power (2013), Heavy Meta (2015), Welcome to Bonkers (2018), and The
Fundamental Slimes and Humours (2022). Notable singles included "The Skin Thief"
