Agnese Cacciola, known professionally as Neja, was born on August 15, 1972, in
Rivoli, Italy. She began her music career with an initial focus on dance and
electronic music genres. In the late 1990s, Neja released her first singles:
"Hallo" (1997), "Restless" and "Shock!" (both 1998). These early releases set
