Navarone
Navarone is a Dutch alternative rock band formed in Nijmegen in 2004, by lead
singer Merijn van Haren and guitarist Kees Lewiszong. Initially known as
Overthrow, they gained attention opening for Golden Earring shows. Their first
EP, Navarone, was released in 2009. After a hiatus to complete their studies and
for van Haren to recover his voice, they returned with their first studio album,
A Darker Shade of White, in 2012. In May 2014 they released their second studio
