Nathi
Nkosinathi Mankayi, born 23 December 1982 in Mthatha, Eastern Cape, South
Africa, is a South African singer‑songwriter who began his career in Maclear
after incarceration. He won the local competition Dare to Dream and was featured
by Vusi Nova on "Noma Kanjani" in 2014. Mankayi released his debut album
Buyelekhaya in 2015, which went triple‑platinum and earned Best‑Selling Album of
the Year at the 22nd South African Music Awards. His second album, Umbulelo Wam,
dropped in 2016. He later signed with Gallo Record Company and released Iphupha
