Natas
Natas, a rap group from Detroit, Michigan, was formed in 1992 by Esham,
Mastamind, and T-N-T. Esham and Mastermind met at Osborne High School and later
joined with T-N-T, deciding on the name Natas, an acronym for "Nation Ahead of
Time and Space," which also spells "Satan" backward. Their debut album, Life
After Death, was released in 1992 under Reel Life Productions. In 2002, Natas
achieved their only charting album to date with Godlike, which peaked at number
35 on the Billboard Top Independent Albums chart, number 45 on the Heatseekers
