Myrkur is the black metal and dark folk project of the Danish musician and
composer Amalie Bruun, who was born in 1985. Initially maintaining anonymity
regarding her identity, Bruun debuted with the eponymous EP Myrkur (2014)
through Relapse Records, handling most instrumental and production duties
herself. Her debut studio album, M, was released (2015) to critical acclaim and
