Victor Font, born in 1974 in the United States of America, is an American
producer and vocalist known professionally as Mr. V. Raised in New York City, he
was exposed early to house and hip-hop influences that shaped his sound. His
career began in the early 1990s through collaborations with Louie Vega, which
helped define his cross-genre approach. In 1994 he released the Give Me Life EP,
