Moustafa Amar was born on September 22, 1966, in Alexandria, Egypt. He began his
music career with the song "Wala Yabou Khad Gameel" and released his first solo
album Wassaf in 1990. Amar's second album, Layaleki, was released in 1992–1993
and sold well. He collaborated with actress Nilly on the song "Papa Noel" and
continued to release albums throughout the 1990s, including Eftekerny and Nar Al
Hob. In 2003, he released the album Bahebak Wana Kaman Ayneek (2003), and in
2019, Dehket Leya. Amar has also composed music for other Arabic singers. His
