Moth, an American alternative rock band from Cincinnati, Ohio, was formed in
1989 by Brad Stenz on vocals and guitar, Jason Hounshell on bass, and Kevin
Coleman on drums. Initially known as "Bug," they recorded their first album in
1991 and re-released it under Holographic Records in October 1992. In 1993, the
band released the single "Deeper Green", which gained critical acclaim and
significant college radio airplay. Moth's second album, Big League Fantasy Camp,
