The German death metal band Morgoth formed in Meschede, West Germany, in 1985
under the name Exterminator. The group released two EPs, Resurrection Absurd
(1989) and The Eternal Fall (1990), after signing with Century Media Records.
Their debut album, Cursed (1991), marked their breakthrough into international
markets. In 1993, Morgoth released their second studio album, Odium. The band's
