Montag
Antoine Bédard, born in 1978 in Gaspé, Quebec, is a Canadian composer, sound
designer, and musician who has performed under the stage name Montag. His early
releases include the EP Paperworks (2003) and the album Alone, Not Alone (2004),
which featured a collaboration with hip‑hop producer Sixtoo. In 2007, Montag
released Going Places, collaborating with M83, Ida Nilsen, Ghislain Poirier,
Final Fantasy and Amy Millan; the title track incorporated samples from 70
