Monita Angelica Maharani Tahalea, born on July 21, 1987 in Jakarta, Indonesia,
is a pop, folk, and jazz singer. She began her singing career after finishing
fourth on Indonesian Idol season 2. Following this breakthrough, Monita released
her debut album, Dream, Hope & Faith, produced by Indonesian Idol judge Indra
Lesmana in 2010. In August 2013, she released an EP titled Songs of Praise with
