Mo'Kalamity
Monica Tavares, known professionally as Mo'Kalamity, and born in Santiago Island
in Cape Verdem is a roots reggae singer, who moved to France at age five. She
grew up in the Paris region, discovering various musical genres before settling
on reggae. In 2000-2001, Mo'Kalamity served as a backing vocalist for King
Malik. She launched her solo career in 2002 and formed the band the Wizards in
2004. Her debut album Warriors of Light was released in 2006. In 2013,
