Rieko Miura, born on September 1, 1973, in Nakano, Japan, was a Japanese singer
and actress. She began her career as part of the J-pop girl group CoCo in 1989,
which disbanded in 1994. Concurrently with her work in CoCo, Miura launched her
solo career in 1991 with the release of her debut single "Namida no Tsubomi
tachi". Her first album, Belong To You, was released on December 15, 1991.
Throughout the 1990s, she continued to release popular singles such as ,
