Mithoon

Born on January 11, 1985, in Mumbai, India, award-winning Hindi filmmaker, songwriter, and singer Mithun Sharma is better known by the name Mithoon. He was born into a family of musicians: his grandfather Pandit Ram Prasad Sharma, father Naresh Sharma, and uncle Pyarelal Ramprasad Sharma were well-known names in the Bollywood and Indian music communities. Mithoon began studying music at the age of 11 and was taught by some of his father’s musician friends.
