Misty Dawn Edwards, born on January 19, 1979, in Andrews, Texas, is an American singer known for her work in contemporary Christian worship music. Introduced to music by her mother, who was a music teacher, Misty began her musical journey at a young age. At 19, she became a worship leader at International House of Prayer (IHOP).
