Mirah Yom Tov Zeitlyn, born September 17, 1974, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,
is an American singer‑songwriter, guitarist, and vocalist whose early exposure
to Motown, soul, and folk music laid the groundwork for a career that began in
Olympia, Washington, in the early 1990s. After teaching herself guitar at
Evergreen State College, she released the Storageland EP in 1997, followed by
