Miquel Gil
Miquel Gil, born November 2, 1956, in Catarroja, Valencia, Spain, is a Spanish
folk singer who began with the Valencian group Al Tall, contributing to several
releases until 1984. After leaving, he joined Mare Internum in 1986 and later
formed Terminal Sur, with whom he recorded the 1987 album Viajero and won first
prize at the Encuentro Nacional de Canción de Autor in Jaén. As a solo artist,
Gil released Buscando tu olor (1997), Orgànic (2001), Katà (2004), En concert
(2006), Eixos (2006), Geometries (2019)—which received the Ovidi Montllor Award
