Born in Birkenhead (Merseyside, UK) on March 17, 1986, Miles Kane made his band
debut with The Little Flames, then formed The Rascals, releasing the album
Rascalize in 2008. A close friend of Arctic Monkeys frontman Alex Turner, he
teamed up with him for the baroque pop project The Last Shadow Puppets, whose
debut album The Age of the Understatement received rave reviews the same year.
On the strength of these successes, Miles Kane turned his attention to his first
solo album. Produced with Noel Gallagher and Gruff Rhys, Colour of the Trap
