Miko Marks, born in Flint, Michigan, is an American country music singer. She
attended Grambling State University from 1990 to 1994, earning a degree in
Political Science before moving to San Francisco. Her debut single "Freeway
Bound" was released in 2005, followed by her self-titled album Freeway Bound on
September 13 of the same year. Three further singles—"Kickin' Back", "Mama", and
"Don't Come Cryin' to Me"—were released from this album in 2006. Her second
