Memento was an Australian hard rock band formed in 2001, consisting of
vocalist-keyboardist Justin Stewart Cotta, guitarist Jason "Space" Smith,
bassist Leighton "Lats" Kearns, and American drummer Steve Clark. They released
their debut album, Beginnings, in 2003, which included the singles "Nothing
Sacred" and "Saviour", both of which charted moderately in the US mainstream
rock charts. Memento also participated in the 2003 Ozzfest tour as a rotating
