Megan Hilty
Megan Kathleen Hilty, born on March 29, 1981, in Bellevue, Washington, is an
American musical theatre actress and singer. She began taking vocal lessons at
age 12 and attended the Carnegie Mellon School of Drama, graduating in 2004. Her
breakthrough came with her role as Glinda the Good Witch in Wicked, making her
Broadway debut in August 2004. Hilty took over the lead role from May 31, 2005,
to May 28, 2006, and later reprised it on the national tour and Los Angeles
