Matt Keating, born in Boston, Massachusetts, United States, is an American
folk-pop singer. He began his musical journey as a pianist performing in local
clubs before joining several bands, including Circle Sky. In 1993, he released
his debut album Tell It To Yourself and the EP Satan Sings. Keating moved to New
York City where he signed with Alias Records, releasing albums such as
Scaryarea, Candy Valentine, and Killjoy. After a hiatus, he returned in 2003
with the album Tilt a Whirl. His subsequent releases include Summer Night
