Marty Panzer
Marty Panzer is an American songwriter who is known for his long-time
collaboration with Barry Manilow. Raised in Brooklyn, New York City, he grew up
just blocks away from Manilow, and the two first met while working together in
the CBS-TV mailroom in New York. Panzer became Manilow’s first songwriting
partner and went on to write more than 30 songs recorded by him, contributing to
