Martin Bisi
Martin Bisi, born in 1961 and raised in Manhattan by Argentinian parents, is an
American musician and producer. His mother was a concert pianist specializing in
Liszt and Chopin, while his father played tango-style piano as a hobby. In 1981,
Bisi started BC Studio with Bill Laswell and Brian Eno in Brooklyn, where he
recorded notable artists including Lydia Lunch, Live Swans, Afrika Bambaataa,
and Herbie Hancock's Grammy-winning song "Rockit". Bisi's own musical output
includes albums such as Creole Mass (1988), All Will Be Won (1993), and Son of a
