Mark Perry is a British singer known for his contributions to punk rock. In 1976, inspired by The Ramones, he launched the influential fanzine Sniffin' Glue (And Other Rock 'n' Roll Habits). This ceased when he formed Alternative TV with Alex Fergusson in 1977, releasing their debut single "Love Lies Limp" as a flexi disc. Perry also co-founded the label "Step Forward," which released early works by The Fall and Sham 69.
