Aryan Ashtiani, known professionally as Mareux, and born on February 22, 1992,
in Los Angeles, California, is a musician. His initial interest in music was
sparked by eurodance and post-punk revival bands like Interpol and Editors. In
2013, he released his first EP Decade under the name Mareux. After a hiatus from
2015 to 2018 to pursue a career in healthcare, Ashtiani returned to music with
