Marek Norbert Jackowski, born in 1946 in Poland, was a highly influential guitarist, composer, and singer who founded the legendary rock band Maanam. Before achieving national fame with Maanam, he was a member of the groups Vox Gentis and Anawa, contributing to the development of the Polish rock and progressive scenes.
