Marcel is an American country singer-songwriter and music video director who
began his career as a semi-professional hockey player. In 2003, he signed with
Mercury Nashville and released his debut album, You, Me, and the Windshield,
which featured the Billboard-charting single "Country Rock Star." During a
hiatus from recording, he established himself as a successful songwriter,
co-penning the number-one hit "Nothin' to Lose" for Josh Gracin and the top-20
single "There's More to Me Than You" for Jessica Andrews. Marcel signed with
Lyric Street in 2008, releasing the single "I Lo...
