Makhadzi
Ndivhudzannyi Ralivhona, known professionally as Makhadzi, was born in 1996 in
Ha-Mashamba Tshivhangani, Limpopo province, South Africa. She began her career
at the age of 13 performing at taxi ranks and later joined the musical group
Makhirikhiri as a dancer in 2010. In 2015, she signed with Rita Dee
Entertainment and released Muhwalo Uya Ndemela. She garnered local attention in
2017 with the single "Tshanda Vhuya", but her true breakthrough came with her
second studio album Matorokisi (2019), which debuted at Number 2 on local Apple
